  2. Shame the exposure seems out and you can’t get a good view of the dash etc when he’s riding, also He says the rear shock is a higher spec than the 675r, it’s not, it’s the same unit. Tbh it’s very hard to see it as any different to a 675r without riding it yourself

You can't get a good veiw of the dash when your riding it! i've only managed 100miles on mine so far so have no idea really what its going to be like!

he seems to like it but then what’s not to like. the 675r is an amazing bike so I can only imagine with the extra torque this will be a better road bike. Interesting he says it’s comfortable though and he could ride it all day , not sure I would agree with him on that one

  5. Having also ridden Panigales, 848, gsxr1k where your feet are up your own bum I’d honestly say the Daytona is about the most comfortable sportsbike you can buy. Genuinely.

Interesting, yeah I agree from a foot-peg height standpoint it’s ok but I feel leant forward more than other sports bikes causing aching wrists and a sore back after a while. The s1000rr and Panigale v2 are certainly more comfortable here

  7. Absolutely depends on your height I think. The panigales have really wide flat bars, the Daytona’s drop off quite a bit

It’s an awesome bike for sure, it has to be. I had three chances of buying one but I couldn’t get my head round if it was that much different to my amazing Daytona 675r. It’s a lot of money to find out it’s essentially the same bike with a bit more torque but with a muted sound track.

Well I am no expert but have owned 3 675r bikes two road one trackbike and yes there a fantastic bike, a muted sound track? The arrows on the 765 once in the higher revs sounds lovely it’s basically a standard exhaust euro4 from memory the standard exhaust on the 675r is far from loud? If I am honest the 765 is slightly over priced but from the few miles I have ridden it it feels lush and yes more power and a louder growl from the airbox I haven’t been over 9000rpm and it’s certainly got torque, I am lucky enough to also have a cbr1000rr sp2 of course the sp2 has more power but honestly if it came to a toss up of which one to take out the 765 would win at the minute.

Well having owned a 2013 675r for the last 7 years and ridden all over Europe on it I can honestly say it's one of the best bikes I've ever ridden. So why wouldn't I want another, newer one. One that is even better.
I missed out when the Moto2 Reps where released so was thinking Triumph are bound to make one for the masses.... NO.. that's not going to happen.
I just happened to be at a dealers which had 2 bikes, with SOLD signs. I just happened to talk to the salesman I mentioned 2 people where lucky and he said "well one will be going back up for sale as the customer had rang and cancelled the night before" I thought about it for 2 seconds and said I'll have it.

I'm lucky if I want horse power I go from Moto2 to WSB... V4S Ducati.jpg

Mate if you want to ride/own something that’s so smooth so fast such quality get one but as with the reviews on the Daytona there not the best on the fireblade but in 30 odd years I haven’t found anything as good but who am I ha ha I like the Daytona and the fireblade

I’m going to test one out as I have a Honda dealer just down the road, I think they have got the colour scheme spot on. I’m a sucker for gold wheels

I think you will be very lucky to get a test ride on a sp2?? There’s several sp models around that I am sure you could get a ride on? I had the sp model before getting the sp2 there’s really not that much difference I think it’s titanium parts in the engine , light weight wheels and colour scheme
