Me and a few others were just wondering if there's any chance of you know a wee section for us to chat about our panigales.

How about we just add a "near death experience of the week" alongside our TOTW section.? :stir:

That way it may include occasional posts from the rest of us.

I like, no love the look of the 899 and very keen to go for a test ride only thing putting me off is the spec as there is no S or R model

    Just gonna leave that there....

    And that one......

For anyone who thinks they should have done an 's' model, just buy a stocker and spend a little on the rear shock, the front is stunning.

  7. I can't believe how disinterested most people seem to be about motorbikes, how could you not stop and stare at THAT:duh:

  8. We were there again today getting coffee and a guy was taking pictures of them with his kids, regardless of make I do really love seeing kids being excited about bikes

  11. Doesn't do a thing for me, I have a bit of collection but the Ducati bug hasn't bitten me - I know a few lads who have bought them and not one has been trouble free!

If we are talking new bikes? The Daytona 675r is since 2013

  14. True, could argue pros and cons for every manufacturer. My 2010 Daytona was perfect, then my 2013 Ducati 848 broke down because of a £2 fuel pump relay. My 2013 Daytona though had a countershaft oil seal fail, which was really not uncommon so I think they all have their issues.

The only bullet proof ones are Honda, oh wait, reg recs ;-)

My sons Smyths toys plastic motorbike hasn't had any issues. Other than a bit of cat poo on the rear wheel.

In fairness my 899 is the worst problem I've ever had on any bike. My 675R was nearly all replaced under warranty bar the fairings, tank and front section of frame.

Problems don't bother me. It's how the company that you give all the money to for the bike sorts those problems that counts.
