They're quite tricky to dismantle - you'll need to insert a long thin tool (try a sewing needle) around the yellow bit (can't remember exact location) to spring back the clip which allows you to slide the parts apart. Chances are you'll need to replace at least the terminal (https://www.vehiclewiringproducts.c...ed-terminals/c-206-terminals-to-fit-mouldings) worst case, the entire multiplug (https://www.vehiclewiringproducts.c...ctors/p-619-superseal-weatherproof-connectors).
It's well worth investing in the proper crimping tool for terminals - crimping them with pliers just doesn't work! I've got this https://www.vehiclewiringproducts.c...-268-crimping-tool-with-spring-return-handles and it works well.
I don't work for vehicle wiring products (honest) - just find them very handy!
Lift up yellow tab and remove from plug
Lift up tiny back tab that secured the silver pin into place and pull out from rear
Re terminate and fitting is reverse of removal!
