VERY SAD NEWS

Discussion in 'General' started by kingfixer, Mar 21, 2010.

  1. Shocking news indeed. My condolences to Henry's family. Being a newbie, I never met him, but from his posts I can tell he was a decent bloke (funny with it), and from the overwhelming response to this thread he was obviously a much-loved and respected member of the forum.

    RIP fella.

For all those who are able to, we plan to gather a small donation to pass on to Jo in due time.

I echo the thoughts of all on the site. The saddest news! I only hope that the kind words and and high esteem that Henry was clearly held in are some comfort to his family and this terrible time. Condolences to family and all who called him a friend.

Very sad news. I never got to meet Henry but just by reading the posts on here he sounds like a really nice genuine guy. My thoughts are with your family mate.

  5. My deepest condolences also to his family. We used to swap many a PM on various subjects and he was both knowledgable and friendly. A great loss to not only this forum but to motorcycling in general.

    God speed mate

This is the worst possible news anyone could ever hear, for us, but especially for Henry's partner, Jo, and Henry's family and friends.
I unfortunately never had the opportunity to meet him, sounding from everyone's comments that Henry was one of the nicest blokes you could wish to meet.
My most Deepest Condolences go out to Jo and all Henry's family and friends.

    Dave.

  8. RIP mate, met you at Hinckley and seemed a genuinely nice guy. If I was physically able to get there tomorrow, I would be there.

Enjoy the great racetrack in the sky!

I've not been on here for a couple of weeks and I have only just seen this. Very sad news. I too would like to pass on my condolences to his family and friends.

Hello Mate - I hope your ok!! Not seen you post for a bit and now your comment above. :|

  11. Re-reading that does make it sound like I have maybe injured myself...is that what you're getting at? In which case, I'm fine, I meant that I just can't make it due to other reasons....not that I'm injured!

I should be back a bit more now also....

It is with total shock and deep sadness that I have just read about Henry's death.
I never met Henry personally but having communicated via the many topics he posted on the forum I found him to be a very genuine interesting and funny guy who like most of us loved his passion for biking, my condolences go out to his partner Jo and my heart felt sympathy for his family and close friends on the forum.
