Hi new to this place. Got a 66 plate street triple. Last week I started it & the idle seemed low. Started riding & every time I pulled the clutch in the revs plummeted & bike stalled. Now when I start it, sometimes it's idling nice & bike rides perfectly but mostly it idles low & it's dangerous to ride. Also feels a bit flat when riding. Anyone else had this issue? Obviously don't want to throw money changing parts that don't solve the issue.
My Daytona track-bike had similar sounding problems, cured it by swapping the generator and CPS unit. Runs perfect now.......I tried new spark plugs, double checked every last pipe and connector under the tank beforehand as well with no joy.
