Firstly I've gotta say I really enjoy riding all year round and was quite looking forward to getting to grips with my bike over the winter period; However, I've got to say just how bad it feels at the moment! I'm running at pair of nicey scrubbed in OE tyres! (which is probably my first problem) But the bike just feels so, unsteady! I ran Pilot power 2CT's on my 'blade and had a fantastic time last year, but whilst the OE tyres are great for hot sunny days out and tracks they're not really up to the job of winter riding. Is this something people agree with?

I have also read the post about the Pilot Roads, and I'm almost sold on the idea but how do they compare with the Powers? I know they last longer, but what about grip and feedback?

I can't comment as I've never ridden on Pilot Powers. Tyres are a personal choice but everyone I know that has had the Road Pilot 2s loves them.

Try them and see for yourself.

I'm thinking it's better the devil you know, and I've have the Powers for on all my old bikes! but then 12k for a rear tyre is pretty good!

I thought like that and thought I'd never ride on any thing but Bridgestone BT010's. I won a set of any Michelin of my choice and was converted :D
