Only way to be sure is clean it all up and sprinkle some talcum powder and run the bike to pinpoint where it's actually coming from....

I had the cam cover off not long ago but it's leaking from much lower down than that area.

Had the top of the engine off recently? Could be the rubber gasket that sits between that bit.
