Hi lads, I'm thinking of fitting the Arrow end can to my 2017 675R. Dealer here in Alicante is quoting €450.00 fitted. Price seems reasonable and I know it will be lighter and sound better but I was just wondering if the performance gain is notable?

I don't really want to invest the guts of €500.00 on just noise!

Looks, noise and weight saving is what you'll be getting, no real gains in my opinion.

I just had a good look at the stock unit. Looks very heavy. Anyone know how much lighter the arrow is over stock?

  4. Couple of kgs lighter. Can't say you'd notice it riding.

If wanting performance gains decat/full system and a custom map is the way to go :)

I can't notice any extra power or any less weight to be honest.

I know the weight saving is there, but not enough you'll notice in my opinion.

It's a sound generator. And I know you're in Spain, only been on track there a couple of times, many years ago, but depending on the track (and each individual end can it seems...) it can cause you problems on a track day, even with the baffle in.

It sounds nice, but if I was doing it all over again, I'd honestly stay stock.

If you gave me €200 for this advice, you'll still be €250 up....

I'd spend the money on a proper suspension set up and another couple of track days with some instruction.

The noise is good and not on the road you don't notice power gains but on track you 100% do when your in the higher rev range. I don't think the arrow looks very nice unlike Austin racing exhaust. The arrows is loud with baffle out
