I have noticed that there is a little compartment under the riders seat that looks as if it has cutouts for a bungee. Am I missing the toolkit or something? I have an allan key for removing the seat cowl and a couple of tools underneath but nothing else. Kev
na that it , a poxy alan key to get the pillion seat off & a cheep screw driver under that , kept my nice triumph set In a bag form my speed trip but it dont fit anywere ? think thats why you get a free aa membership with a new bike
lol - Kev - yes that is your tool kit .................... As least you don't have to unscrew the seat any longer
ive got my waterproofs, disposable camera, visor cleaning bottle/sponge and spare visor in there. just kidding that space on mine is taken up with the Alarm, cos to b honest that's the only place it can go! there's only space under them seat's for a couple of postage stamps!
Oh that was a damn nuisance on my D650. A right PIA. The tabs started tearing. Can't say I've noticed anything for a bungee, and I have the seat off all the time as the battery is always on the optimate. As for tool kit, the allen key has gone rusty and I lost the screwdriver many moons ago.
Small pocket, under riders seat, bungee cut out................. ...............is this not where the battery should be lol Mines belled up to so not pockets under my riders seat. Cheers Steve
