another newbie

    hello all
    ive loved the look of the 675 for a while now.this year i decided it was time to slow down abit and bought a t100 bonnie but kept my zx9r winter hack and 04 r1.moted the 9 on saturday dropped into my local triumph dealer and there she was red daytona 09 4600 miles test ride done boy that induction noise is aditive :D traded the 2 bikes pick up next weekend :cool: so be ready for some stupid questions

  18. Welcome, and i know what you mean by the induction noise!! Did the dealer check your top speed when you got back off test ride? I didnt know it kept a record untill i got back off test ride and the dealer asked me did i enjoy it to wich i replied "yes ,it was great shame weather is crap as would have liked too have opened her up a bit" playing it cool and pretending id taken it easy on the damp roads. His next words were "well we'll see when i'ts brought back in" as he noded to the mechanic wheeling it back into the shop, the mechanic flicked on the ignition, press a button and called back "132" Bugger i was banged to rights!!!!!

    And of course it was on a private road, no? :lol:

    I have a pic of a member's bike with 132 on it... I daren't post it as a certain part of the bike is very distinctive :D And another member's bike with 120+. You both know who you are, I know you're reading this :twisted: :lol:
