I'm looking for ideas on what to buy or do next for my bike, anyone got any good ideas they want to share??

I've got some Rizoma front wheel protectors on order and saving for a pair of Rizoma "cup edition" frame sliders....

What next?????

Hmmm right well as much as I appreciate your ideas there matey your right I'm not a fan of either..... Each to their own and all that. I've had rim tape on bikes in the past but think it looks dated now.

 

Nick, I don't like the low boy exhausts matey, I love the look and sound of my Arrow slip-ons. Besides my Rizoma rearsets wouldn't fit with one either!!

 

Some training, Superbike School or something ?

 

I've been riding motorbikes since I was 4 dude so kinda know what I'm doing, I'm not a mega fast rider and never claim to be, I know my level and stick to it.

Great idea though and wouldn't mind doing a trackday someday but I'm not really that worried about improving my skills. I've had more bikes that cab remember over the years and owned much bigger bikes than my Striple, I down sized the bike to slow me down a bit after VERY nearly killing myself on my old Gixer.

In that case get a custom paint job

 

upgraded forks and brakes k-tech and brembo spring to mind.

 

Tyres and petrol?

 

If I didn't like the White so much I'd def be going for a custom paint job.... My painter at work is bloody handy with a paint gun!!

 

Don't do anything!!....you've shot down everything that's been suggested so far!!

 

Both these upgrades have been on my mind but both bloody expensive.... I've personally never had a problem with the suspension on my bike although I'm well aware it's not great, I've always just learnt to ride round problems like that..... The brakes on the other hand are def a issue, I've had a few arse clenching moments due to the standard brakes!! I've just fitted done brembo sintered pads front and rear ready for the summer so will give those a try first before thinking any more about different brakes. I'm still getting over the cost of fitting a full 4pot Brembo set up to my Supermoto!!

Might be worth keep your eye's peeled for a daytona comoplete front end, even the early daytona's are a big step up suspension and brakes wise over the standard ST( i went from an 07 ST to an 06 daytona)

That's exactly what I've been doing, always scanning flea'bay for a bargin!! The only ones I've seen come up on there have all sold for big money!! Eyes pealed though!!
