Attack Performance rearsets in black from the US and A.

I ordered from riders discount great to deal with. Aware now that Si at TRS an get these.

Easy to install and I ordered with a brake pedal return spring that fits to the bottom of the rear brake cylinder.

The range of adjustment is very good. The peg can move forward,up,back and down. The gear and brake levers are adjustable for both reach and angle.

I tried them in a few positions and the difference is unreal. I have a position for long rides and then te normal position I'll keep them get my big clown feet up and back. The pegs are ridiculously grippy and the shift mechanism is so smooth.

Running reverse shift and it's cool so far still need to get used it on the down shifts but all in all I'm chuffed with these.

I really need a set of these soon as I could do with the pegs going further back (I think)

Have to wait though, I need to change the car first lol

  5. Gotta say, i hate these! Ergh!

Can you use the standard Rear Brake switch?

You cant use the brake switch. Its disconnected from the stock set and unplugged from the harness. They came with an inline pressure sensor that fits to the rear cylinder and then the harness. Ill do this when i next bleed the brakes. Also they come with a return spring you fit on the bottom of the rear cylinder which you can see fitted.

I should also point out that they do have nifty pegs that have two different grip areas. They are specially milled so that if you go down the ends wear or break off but still leaves the inner half so you can still ride.

They do come in a brushed aluminium silver colour too. I went for black as I'm trying to get rid of all the shiny silver bits on the bike within reason.

  8. Oh right same as mine then. Need a return spring though :(

Just been out for another run with them and have kind of settled on peg position and adjusted the levers accordingly.

Firstly the gp shift pattern is good. Fantastic coming out of corners as you don't have to try and get your foot under the lever meaning the bike stays very settled. Downshifts aren't as quick as standard at the minute but I think that will speed up as I get used to it.

Second thing is i have the pegs further back and higher up by about 10mm I think. I found that I'm more prone and feel locked into the bike. I find it easier to move from side to side quickly. It's still slightly unnerving tipping the bike in as I feel a lot higher up than with the stock pegs and I have more ground clearance and more lean angle available. Still hoping my knee is going to give me enough of a guage before I run out of tyre. If I drop the pegs to the lower setting they feel too low.

Has anybody else found this with aftermarket rearsets ? I know these bikes can lean for Britain.

  12. Nice rearsets :)

I have not tried reverse shift with mine. May give it a go sometime.

Not had time to test many different positions yet.

I have managed to bang my shin on them moving the bike round wearing shorts :(
    Wont do that again!!

It's hard to appreciate just how good aftermarket rearsets are.

I've returned to stock for the weekend til me new left peg holder arrives. Stock are quite literally balls.

I'd got used to gp shift and was shifting down a few times on way to work this morning instead of up.

With my foot postition change i now feel like im riding a street triple or something more upright.
