    Hi All,

Just about to buy a hydraulic steering damper for the d675. Ohlins 916 style probably.

Has anyone got any recommendations of where to buy it from?

Since they rarely come up used was looking at a new one from Harris etc.

    Thanks

    EK

  2. I will be selling a used Elka damper in the next few weeks. It's simular to the GPR ones. I bought it so I could send my Pit Bull one off to be serviced in America.

    Are you interested?

  3. U can't buy an ohlins 916 style damper off the rack for the early Daytona. U have to use a hydro brake R with the ohlins damper I have it cost about £500 with them damper a lot of money but I love mine. ImageUploadedBy675cc1434804313.481924.jpg ImageUploadedBy675cc1434804373.740724.jpg

  4. Sprint do a 916 style damper, as do hyperpro. Hyperpro even do one that fits in the same place as the OE one

    ;)

    Thanks guys!

0Luke0, not a huge fan of that type of steering damper. I just prefer the look of the hydraulic type. But thanks anyway.

  9. I have a pot bill damper. Really easy to fit and has loads of adjustment.

  10. I had one in the oe position on my other bike when it was stolen. I mainly used it on track and liked it. The only thing is you can't adjust it on the fly. Although if you have it across the yoke you can obviously

  11. I have a sprint damper on my roadbike,
    Pitt bull on my race.
Sprint 916 style looks better imo & I've never required any more damping on the road.

This is for a track bike, or at least mostly track. Was thinking hyperPro in black and gold
