Hi guys, Had by bike for a little while now and done 3k miles, so thought it was about time to give my front callipers a good old clean. I have sprayed them with a brake cleaning spray whilst washing it, but is it worth going any further? Should I take the callipers off and the pads out and get in there with a tooth brush? Any suggestions? If I do take them off what's the tourque setting to put them back on?

    Cheers for your help guys

    Hi Mike

I only go that mad on the brakes when I service it. If the pots get grimmy then use a tooth brush to get in and clean them. Calliper to fork torque is 35Nm.
