Derby Phoenix Cadwell Park 12-13 September.

Nice one tdb! is this being televised/on t'internet at all? Motors tv seem to be hosting some of the club racing - had the Anglesey round on last Thursday night.

 

No idea. Don't think so.
15th last race today. The shitiest of starts didn't help as the front wheel headed skyward.
Thoroughly enjoyed today, it's nice to be out racing again. I'm nowhere near race sharp but chilling away and going quicker every time out. Roll on tomorrow

14th and 8th so far today. Two more to do but they're back to back so likely I'll miss the last one.

 

Dnf and a dns this afternoon
Gear lever fell off and as my next race was straight after, by the time I was recovered I missed the call. Packed up and back at base now.
Mmmmm pizza, beer and Moto GP on tv. That'll do.
Despite this afternoon, I still enjoyed the meeting. Nice to be out racing again and so nice to see all the Derby phoenix crowd.

That may be it for me this year. I'm waiting on work making a decision before I can commit to anything else.

It was mentioned yesterday but like I said I really can't commit at the moment. Until the weekend I'd not raced since May (and it showed at times ) but it's given me the hunger again for sure.
I'd love to get back out.

Do you mind explaining what Derby Phoenix is please?

 

They are one of the clubs that I race with. There are plenty more throughout the UK. e.g Thundersport GB, No Limits, BEMSEE, NEMCRC, NG, Knockhill, Auto 66 to name a few.
That's why it's called club racing. They organise and run the meetings. You join a club (or clubs) and then race at their events.
