Has anyone's heat exchanger actually failed

Afterwards used only separate oilcooler, which does good for engine temp.
Race bike, ss tune.

 

Ya , gearing kit dos not increase pressure, but had more spring on oilpressure valve , or whatever it is called.

Where did you get the adapter and oil cooler from?

 

Radia is KTM fabricated, and other parts gathered/ machined during some night time at BSB paddock back in 2010 when problem occurrs. I guess , I dont know for sure.
Bought if from a team racing there.
Used in my bike 2 seasons with good experience.
Radia is tight fit to belly pan, but goes.
