https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-isle-of-man-44290962 A "dangerous and irresponsible" spectator who entered the Isle of Man TT course ahead of a high-speed practice session has been jailed. James Ford, from Bingley in Yorkshire, entered the road near the Half Way House in Crosby, causing Monday's session to be delayed for 80 riders. The 67-year-old admitted obstructing the conduct of a race and failing to comply with a requirement of a marshal. Ford was sentenced to four weeks in jail at Douglas courthouse. Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes also imposed an exclusion order meaning Ford will be banned from entering the Isle of Man for five years following his release. 67 years old ffs!!!!!
Complete bellend. There's always a couple of these twats at every TT. Get away with the lads and have a sniff of the barmaid's apron...
Absolute dickhead, should of been banned from the island completely. I do love how they won't put up with any reckless crap from visitors and nor should they. Hope those big lads he asked them to send gave him a little slap too
Bet the courts have been waiting for someone to try out the cells, story doesn't say if the gent had a few at the Crosby Arms
He will be getting company in a day or two after some oxygen thief on a bike over took The Roads Open Car on the mountain road yesterday.
