I have my Gen 2 675R Daytona booked in for an MoT soon. Lots and lots of modifying has happened in the last 12 months. I don't think the test station will approve of the slicks that are currently fitted to my carbon Dymag wheels, so I need some roadgoing rubber. I'm not up to date with tyres at all, in fact I've ridden probably a mile in the last year What's the Forum view on what to go for, please? Road riding, not track work.
I like the roadsmart 4. Sensible tyre that works well in the wet and dry. I had luck with all the iterations of roadsmart. Not track rubber but great for touring and all conditions. If you only ride in the dry I'd look elsewhere
Thanks for the reply. I would never knowingly go out in the wet, so a more 'sports' option might suit me better.
