Fitted one last night to my valtermoto rearsets on a Gen2 Daytona but as this bikes so tiny it was a bastard to get on and in the end I had to space out the rearsets by 7mm to even get the brake master to bolt back on. Anyone else had this problem? I'd ideally like a little more clearance as I'm worried the switch is going to short on the frame but can't bring the rearsets any further out or there's very little thread left. Will post a pic later. Any advice welcome before I bleed it and wire up later tonight.

    Use a banjo pressure switch.

That is what I'm using, the top part that is coming out with the wires hits the frame

That's with washers spacing away from the frame, without you cant bolt the master back on. With no pressure switch its fine and the rearsets sit where they are supposed to .

I could put two more washers to space it but that doesn't leave much thread left on the bolt maybe 10mm certainly not ideal.

  9. Most rearsets change the angle of the M/C and avoid this problem.

If you space it out from the frame make sure you get longer bolts, otherwise you'll strip the treads in the frame when you torque it. General rule of thumb is 2x Diameter of the bolt in Aluminium, 1xD in steel.

Or you could eat a different set of rearsets and flog the others?
