I'm after a passenger rear grab rail.I like the side ones that fit the new street triple.unfortunately triumph don't do them for my 2015, daytona. Does anyone have pics of the ventura fitted? Or suggestions for any other make?

Thanks I've tried these. But they don't stop her sliding forward.
Whilst I do go steady with a passenger on the back. Rear grab rails do install confidence. Does anyone have pics with the ventura fitted. I believe renntec don't make one for my model which is a shame as they look astheticaly better.

  4. Sorry to post something different to what you're looking for but have you tried one of these?

Although they aren't very aesthetically pleasing they do really help with the non-slip surface! I have one I just take on and off when I know I'll need it! :)

    - plus they aren't very expensive

  5. Educate the passenger to grip with their thighs and stomach muscles - my kid has mastered it :)
Or, change your riding style so they are not sliding about all over the place

    Forgot about love handles ...

Fwiw Love Handles were what I suggested in my link mate. As well as already stating that he adjusts his riding style when taking a pillion, ItsMe has obviously decided that grab rails will offer the type of reassurance that his passenger will appreciate most. Our alternatives (whilst well intentioned) don't offer that same level of assurance to a nervous passenger.

Iirc a number of members on here do have Ventura kit......

:DAs a iam rider I consider myself a considerate rider. .......at times lol.

I've always said that I can't ride as a passenger ..it scares me to death. But perched up there with no grab rails does not install the confidence that my Ducati st3 does....she loves the 675 and wants to spend more time on it this year.

I was hoping to see a few pics with some on before taking the plunge.

  8. Not forgetting that 675 and such like are not the bikes for passengers and are never going to be comfortable :)

The Indian version of the Daytona does have grab rails, whether it's possible to get them over here and fit them or not is another matter.

I'm not bothered if they were comfortable. Just still be on the back when I get there

That's what I was after. Triumph UK only stock it for the street triple? Not the Daytona. grrrrrrr

  12. Thee used to be a company that made grips for the tank that the pillion cold use to brace themselves. The were resin forms that wrapped around the whole tank with the grips in a similar orientation to the bars. The girl in the office where I used to worked used then on her husbands blade before she passed her test and she raved about them.
