Removing pillon pegs on 2014 Daytona..

Hi,
As above. I this a big job? Just had a look and the bolts are not easy to get to. Looks like the battery and battery tray will need to come out as well as the side in-fill panels in the sub-frame, or is there a quicker way?

Cheers, that's one of the best how-to's I've seen.

 

It's pretty straight forward, the hardest part is getting the battery strap back on. But a small flat headed screw driver makes it a bit easier.

 

10 minute job at most, put the bolts back in after you have removed the pegs the holes get full of road crap. I fitted sato hooks on mine

 

Yeah 10 mins. Put mine back on last weekend for the TT

 

Evotech do plates to cover the hole which i've fitted to mine.

 

Done! Strap was a bitch to get back on. Thanks for the help all
