Fitted new spring thought that might help with the rattle ,when the cover was off the clutch was very dry a bit strange as it is a wet clutch, so rang a good triumph tech near me he said it is wet but it only gets splashed when oil is thrown around when running which is not much at all ,so I put some oil on the plates put it back together and nice and quite till it dry's out again ,so the moral of the story is its not what you would call a wet clutch so it will rattle a bit but good to know.
