Having just put my 675 back together I've always been one to suggest using TuneEcu to fix errors and do setups, the issue most have is getting a laptop to work with it and finding the correct cable etc Well with new used and refurbed tablet turn up today I thought I'd share my finds with everyone. The tablet isn't a newer expensive one as I've learned newer models may have issues, my phone which runs the app won't find the cable at all, I've put this down to the newer micro usb port over the older types https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/292789574793 At only 60 quid its a bargain, its somewhat bigger than some would want but I love the bigger screen and coming with a usb port means it'll plug straight into the cable. No more using a usb to micro usb adapter. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/273238139720 Couldn't fnd the lonelec one I use or the spare one I've got but this one should do the job perfectly for those needing one. After that you'll need to download the tuneecu app from the app store, yes it costs money but its a great app for those wanting to look at errors or erase them. Hope that helps anyone still looking at what to get so they can adjust/tweak or just see what the computer on their bike is doing without breaking the bank.
Good write up. Would love a comprehensive video on how to use it though. Regards to resetting things and erasing error codes. It seems self explanatory but when first doing it, proper nervous f’in up ur bikes computer
It's pretty straight forward. Just avoid the fuel map but if you don't click reprogram nothing gets saved so no big deal.
Cheers. Been playing round with it tonight. I have an android phone. Sony Xperia thing. And Bluetooth. How’s you go about turning the o2 sensor bk on
