    Hi,

My new Daytona R is suffering from brake squeal and it's starting to bug me. The dealer mechanic has said it's due to the high metal content in the pads.

Anyone else experience this with the OEM/Brembo pads?

I'm planning on getting some EBC or SBS Sintered pads but thought I would check here before pulling the trigger.

    Cheers

Get bendix Mrr pads , take pads out and put small amount of copper grease on the back of them should stop squeal.

I've only ever used the standard pads and can't really say I've noticed any significant squeal. They do squeal a bit at low speed after a session on track but only slightly.
