I am trying to adjust my clock and reset MPG, max speed etc on my 2006 Daytona 675. I follow the instructions on the manual but all I get is the speed display flash "2" and can only change between 1,2 or 3, this changes the MPH into KM etc. I have read this only happens when all 3 buttons are pressed down however I am 100% that this is not what I am doing, I am following the manual. Its a 2006 model and just want everything reset so it adjusts to my own riding. I look forward to your help and advice, and help appreciated.
I no longer have a 3 button version but it was a real pain in the butt pushing 2 buttons to reset it. Do all the other functions in the manual work as they should? sounds like a connection is dodgy in the switches if it thinks you are pressing all 3. Sorry I can't be more help. hopefully the bump will elicit some more replies.
Turn on ignition, press 1st button so it goes to top speed / average MPG or something, then hold down button 1 & 2 for 5 seconds. It should reset. Works for me on my 2006 Daytona 675
