Dataool system 3 alarm

Hi all, does anybody have any experience with this alarm.
I bought a spare key fob for it and can't program it to the alarm.
Does anybody now any installers who fit them?
Grateful for any help ,or failing that a complete removal :?

your dealer should be able to fit it, dunno about programming the fob though
theres plenty of mobile fitters about too
