Does anyone else's clutch cable rub on the fitted cover? It has no effect on performance, but the cable is eventually going to wear the cover and/or start to fray.
Strange, mine touches more then your pic, wouldn't of thought there was that much variation in engine or covers
I know this is stupid, but have you tightened the bolt properly? Sorry for stating the obvious but can't think of anything else :?
Touched on mine too, luck of the draw if it does or doesn't, I would put that down to the repeatability of the moulding/finishing processes, die alignment and mould fill etc. As above keep an eye on it and keep it lubed. U could always fettle it up with a dremel or similar so it clears.
