is your phone on silent/vibrate? That cuts the volume. Stupidly I only just worked that out. Mine is nearly always on silent. Volume shows on the screen but no audio, until I flick the switch derrrrrrrrr.
Don't worry, I did it too, I thought it was worth a mention. Volume shouldn't move on screen should it, it should say its on mute! Glad it's sorted. Bike forums hehe.
