Tomorrow I'm back to the home office, having been in client's office in Birmingham yesterday and today. I always try to finish early on Friday, 2.30 or 3 is fine, go for a run, and then on the beer.... Saturday into town on the bike to get a haircut and go for a ride, back home for the afternoon to practise the manly art of chopping up firewood, Sunday being a slob although a friend has asked me to go for a ride round North Wales and I'm kinda tempted You???
No chainsaw here but I know a mate with one should I need it... My weekend starts today with sorting out some wooden runners for installing our new slate hearth tomorrow morning that weighs a ton! Then as we're hosting a curry evening tomoz I'm getting started on making up a lentil purée to use in a beef Dhansak, hopefully then I'm reducing an old door into firewood, that's pretty much my day today, but as Mrs Gee and Mini Gee start their half term hols a state of relaxation my prevail from 15.30 onwards! Tomorrow morning is sort out the hearth with my buddy, lunchtime should see the buyer of my Graphite 675 collect his new bike, the afternoon will be knocking up a chicken Korma, Bombay potato and a stack of home made chapati's. After that lot is sorted its shower time and get ready for peeps to start arriving, a large drink or two may accompany that part. Sunday I'm doing sod all except maybe going for a walk to see if the sloes are still any good to knock up some sloe gin for Crimbo. Ah, Le Weekend.....
Few drinks after work this evening, than an early night as heading down to London from Birmingham first thing to commence a pub crawl for mates 40th, we've got a schedule lined up with 26 pubs on it! Hopefully make it back to a dodgy hotel by Euston then spending Sunday recovering and getting back to Birmingham in one piece. Ideally I'd like to fit a few new bits to the daytona on Sunday although I'm not holding out any hope at the moment.
I'm working saturday to do some paperwork then off for the week!! But was ruined as was suppose to go to brands on Thursday now don't have a Bike to do it so going g to be a slob and chill out (never have a week off to do nothing, when I have a week off I'm away!) will be lush can mong out and pick up my car on Sat next week Sent from my LT30p using Tapatalk
