Welcome to the forum Oldtimer. Old enough to get away with speeding? :? sounds like you've turned that stumbling block into a stepping stone I'm sure you'll have a ball on here mate. If you're looking to get used to your new steed, Hamster (He also has a Stunning Yellow D675 ) is organising a Forum Trackday at Cadwell in early April. That would be an excellent opportunity to "learn your new bike", and with lot's of knowledgeable & helpful forum members around you to advise and assist. https://www.675.cc/675/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=9398#p118485

thanks for the welcomes, dont pick the bike up till friday so will put photo up then hillbilly, as for track days stmarks not my cup of tea but thanks for the link, stopped doing tracks after my last spill 6 months off the road bones take a long time to heal at my age.
Welcome in Paul/Oldtimer ! Wouldn't worry too much about the age thing, everyone looks the same with a lid on regardless of years in the saddle, and there's quite a few of us on here with a bit of snow on the hills ! Been riding bikes for the thick end of 37 yrs myself - still fall off too! Enjoy the bike, and I hope the weather takes a break and lets a bit of warmth and dry through for this weekend for you. DG.
