Can I restore the colour of the exhaust pipe to it's original state - basically the pipe that leads from the engine to the silencer has turned from gold to bronze. Can it be restored with a magic cream and elbow grease. Whats best to use...
I Used autosol polish and wire wool and a lot of hardwork. It will still turn a gold colour but it looked good when it was done.
I did a post which I cant find now about how to clean the pipes. I use scotchbright availiable from any car DIY shop and hessian string with solvo to get in the tight spots.
