Well, my chain's no good...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cpf35C7wu6Q

I can't believe how easy it was for them to get through those chains...

I suppose we always knew that any lock would come apart with the right tools but I had no idea that getting through the chain would be so easy!

Does anyone have an Almax 19mm chain with the Squire SS65CS padlock? Apparently, it's the only one worth having :erm:

Went through my Oxford Monster like butter. Did have to laugh at the fat guy, his feet were very close to the cutters, could have lost his toes with one slip :D

  3. I have the ultimate security, a Ghurka with a massive fuck off Khukri guarding her. Not cheap but works

Anyone wonder if their chain is less shatter resistant as it's clearly less malable than it's competitors? A can of plumbers mate and a lump hammer might be a different story. Would be good to see them try various methods other than bolt cutters.
Of course, if they REALLY want it, they can just ring your doorbell and beat 7 shades of shit out of you with a baseball bat until you tell them where the keys are like what is more common with high end cars. I'd rather be ringing the insurance company than 999 myself.

Usually reserved for celebrities like footballers. One got robbed last year or the year before and they took jewellery, paintings etc and loaded up a couple of his cars and had them too. Didn't beat him as i'm sure he folded straight away. I certainly wouldn't be fronting up to a group of armed robbers.

  9. you shouldnt leave slack chains laying on the floor to make things a bit harder for the thieving gits

interesting piece of promo, but they don’t use massive bolt cutters ,a cordless angle grinders is the weapon of choice ,don’t care how hard or fat your chain is it will soon have it off

To be fair if you chain your bike to a fixed object and don't let any opf the chain of touch the floor (as your advised to do) it would be extrememely difficult to break the chain as you can't get any leverage. I would have been more impressed if they had tried to attack the chain if it was set uo properly I.e. not touching the floor.

  19. Ya, loads. However they are trained killing/bike guarding machines and you need to feed them on Stella, ensure they get into fight at least twice a week and supply them with fresh hardcore porn on a daily basis. Mucking out can be a pain as well. Still want one?

TonaInCov: No its not me. its one of the lads from Battalion on Herric last year.

  20. Oh right. I must've seen him in Welly B or Windsor at some point. Stay safe.
