I'm trying to get my Oulton Park footage off my camera. It's recorded in .mov format.

Viewed on the camera, it runs fine/correct speed. Viewed in QuickTime/windows media player, it's running at about 1/10th real speed...

I have downloaded gopro studio to try and convert/edit the vids, but it's saying "error could not build conversion graph" and also that "unable to play file - may be corrupted or in an unsupported format".

Any suggestions what to do/try next? Thanks in advance - I'm a techno-numpty I know!

Any decent video conversion software should be able to swap the formats. If you just want to watch it then Quick time is a
    .mov player.

Is the native recording always .mov on.the SjCam4000?

  6. For just watching, try VLC media player, I find that the best for viewing all files types
