Right guys does anyone know if you could use a 2013 stator on a 2006 bike I know the cps and the connector that meets the rectifier is different but I could take the cps off mine and put a new connection on the end of the stator to suit mine .?? This is the stator in question Also does it matter which way the black wires go into the rectifier ??? There is 3 of them ! Here's a wiring diagram I'm asking as this would be a cheap fix for me I can get the stator for 40 quid delivered.
