Well sort of, still going to keep some bits to switch back to road going bike (for now)

Off to Cartagena middle of March.

Most bits I'm doing are here or on route. Fingers crossed it all comes and gets done it time. We'll see...

As for what I'm doing I haven't got a Scooby.. will ad changes as and when I do them.

Started tonight stripping the brakes and giving a overhaul. Seal kit and brembo master cyclinder are on their way. So cleaning them up, and getting them ready.

Bike is proper dirty so ignore that for now.

Bikes all clean but won't fire up, turns but doesn't fire. Missed caliper seal kit delivery, Brembo master cyclinder not in stock so got an email today saying 10-14 days. So far so good....not.

Hopefully it fires up tomorrow, if not that's another job on the list.

    It's all fun and games..

The bead breaker and balancer did turn up though so not all bad.

Not really but it's always been on trickle charge. I'll have a look. It's been on alnight so see if it wants to play today.

New seals fitted and calipers rebuilt, front tyre fitted and balanced. Rear tyre, headstock bracket, tank grips tomorrow.

Still won't fire up though. Turns lovely but doesn't fire. Batt fully charged electrical connections cleaned and dried.

Should of bothered washing it, didn't even use a pressure washer. Stumped...

  7. You measured the CPS resistance? Can fail at anytime and give the exact symptoms you have.

Has the bike been sitting for long without use? My bike wouldn't start after leaving for a month, moisture got in the tank and sat at the bottom this pulled through the injectors hence no fire. Another thing to consider

So I've measured the cps resistance and got the following. I take this as failed??

Lastly before I get back to the original point of the thread. Does this look gone too, I'm not sure it's slightly discoloured.

Today rear rubber, headstock protection fitted

    20180223_205853.jpg

    20180223_205937.jpg

    CPS and gasket ordered

Basecoat sprayed onto track seat fairing.

    20180223_205956.jpg

Pray the rest of the track fairings and brembo M/C turn up with time to fit.

Couple of days at work now so nothing for a few days. Feels like I have so much left to do.

The best way to check would be to take multimeter readings. I think you can check resistance as it is But you can’t get readings from it running. I think I would have ordered both as they come joined together.

Yes I tested it between all connectors and didn't get any readings. Triumph want £320 for the stator with cps...
