Daytona: drove even further away from it...again. I have rear sets, carbon fibre, throttle grip to fit. Worried it wont start I havent ridden it for so long. Gixxer will be getting new brake pads and a quick action throttle soonish.
I have evotech radiator guard, carbon sprocket cover and 2wheels levers to fit today :shock: will let you know how I get on and how many pieces I have left over when I think I'm done!
spent a good while drilling out the snapped top radiator bolt, only to discover that its not the frame it screws in to but the steering damper so couldve saved meself a good bit of time if i'd looked at it first :roll: ..still, all fixed now with a bolt and nut..refitted everything else and theres no bits left over..just need to re fill coolant and get her booked in for mot
I love the RC8. A mate on tankslap has one. He's forever got a grin in his face when he's out. Those things stomp out of corners.

more stripping, polishing and re assembling....not looking quite so sorry for itself now..just needs new pads and the chain fitted...but the end is in sight
Refitted forks with new ktech fork kit to match the rear shock. Set the front and rear sag put in some base settings
