Triumph directly, I asked and got some a few years ago or try a dealer. Bike shows of course is another option
Any outdoor sign maker should be able to print you a banner if your provide them with the image file.
A seller on eBay called sprintdisplay makes workshop banners, did do a 676R banner but can't find it listed at the mo, might be worth sending them a message, was going to get my dad a HRC one for his birthday, not bad price
